Protein Açaí Smoothie
This protein packed smoothie provides all-day energy so you can keep going.
- 1 pack of Amafruits Acai Pure & Unsweetened Puree (frozen)
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 4 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 4-6 oz nut milk, water, or liquid of choice
- Bee Pollen (optional for topping)
- Blend all ingredients to an even consistency. For thick smoothies, start with less liquid. For thin smoothies, add more liquid.
- Pour into your favorite glass, top with desired toppings, drink, and enjoy!
Note: For easier blending, try breaking the acai pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender. A little extra liquid may be added also for a lighter consistency if desired.
