Graviola, Banana, Papaya and Greens Smoothie
A unique tasting smoothie full of fruits and vegetables for a nutritious snack.
- 1 pack of Amafruits Graviola Pure & Unsweetened Purée (frozen)
- 1/2 cup papaya
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of fresh greens like kale or spinach
- 5 oz of water (or juice)
- Blend all ingredients to an even consistency. For thick smoothies, start with less liquid. For thin smoothies, add more liquid.
- Pour into your favorite glass, top with desired toppings, drink, and enjoy!
Note: For easier blending, try breaking the graviola pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender. A little extra liquid may be added also for a lighter consistency if desired.
