Graviola, Banana, Papaya and Greens Smoothie
A unique tasting smoothie full of fruits and vegetables for a nutritious snack.
- 1 pack of Amafruits Graviola Pure & Unsweetened Purée (frozen)
- 1/2 cup papaya
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of fresh greens like kale or spinach
- 5 oz of water (or juice)
Blend all ingredients to an even consistency. For thick smoothies, start with less liquid. For thin smoothies, add more liquid.
Pour into your favorite glass, top with desired toppings, drink, and enjoy!
Note: For easier blending, try breaking the graviola pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender. A little extra liquid may be added also for a lighter consistency if desired.
