Açaí Bowl with Figs & Coconut Flakes
A healthy choice to boost your immunity and provide long-lasting energy.
- 2 packs of Amafruits Açaí Premium Grade Purée (frozen)
- 2 large pitted Medjool dates
- 3 oz coconut water or water
- 2 small figs
- 1 handful of coconut flakes
- Add açaí, dates, 1 fig and coconut water into a blender, and blend until thick and consistent.
- Scoop into a bowl and top with fig and coconut flakes.
Note: For easier blending, try breaking the açaí pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender.
